The product is a Lithium iron phosphate ESS battery module which has the characteristics of good safety performance, liquid cooling function, long cycle life and high reliability.The product is composed of YJT52145405 -280Ah single battery in series composition, with rated voltage of 166.4V and capacity of 280Ah.The product is applied to commercial energy storage system . The module can support continuous operation at full power and supports series function, and the maximum series voltage is DC1500V.
The battery management system matched with this product is an integrated battery management system (BMS) for marine lithium-ion batteries. It has the functions of battery state acquisition, battery state estimation, energy management, information management, and so on. It has strong applicability and expansibility, and has the characteristics of high integration, high safty and high cost performance.
1, Apply with 280Ah high capacity cell The module adopts the 280Ah high-capacity prismatic lithium iron phosphate battery independently developed by our company.
a. The positive and negative terminal are distributed on both sides of the cell to avoid heat concentration;
b. The battery roll foil is designed with all-pole lugs to increase the ability of over current;
c. The battery shell adopts aluminum shell, which has high mechanical strength and good heat dissipation performance;
d. Long cycle life, can reach more than 6000 times;
e. Adopt high-capacity cells to reduce the number of parallel cells;
2.The module features intelligent thermal management. The module itself has a fan. When the sensor detects that the battery temperature exceeds T1°C, the BMS will activate the fan to force the battery to cool down to ensure that the battery works at a comfortable temperature. When the battery temperature drops to T2°C, the BMS will turn off the fan and stop cooling. Intelligent thermal management strategies can avoid battery overheating with high efficiency and low power consumption.
3.16S1P is a standard air-cooled energy storage module developed by our company. The module is installed in the battery rack and connected in series to form a battery cluster. The battery clusters can be flexibly composed of different energy and sizes by connecting them in parallel. It can cover the power demand of 100kwh-4000kwh. The module supports energy storage systems with a maximum voltage of 1500V.
