The battery management system matched with this product is an integrated battery management system (BMS) for cars lithium-ion batteries. It has the functions of battery state acquisition, battery state estimation, energy management, information management, and so on. It has strong applicability and expansibility, and has the characteristics of high integration, high safty and high cost performance.
1,Apply with255Ah high capacity cell
The module adopts the 255Ah high-capacity prismatic lithium iron phosphate battery independently developed by our company.
a. The positive and negative terminal are distributed on both sides of the cell to avoid heat concentration;
b. The battery roll foil is designed with all-pole lugs to increase the ability of over current;
c. The battery shell adopts aluminum shell, which has high mechanical strength and good heat dissipation performance;
d. Long cycle life, can reach more than 3500 times;
e. Adopt high-capacity cells to reduce the number of parallel cells;
2,Intelligent thermal management function.
The battery pack has intelligent heat management functions. The battery pack is equipped with a liquid cooling pipe. When the sensor detects that the temperature of the battery exceeds T1 ℃, the BMS sends out a signal to activate the liquid cooling system to force the battery to cool, ensuring that the battery operates at a comfortable temperature. When the cell temperature drops to T2 ℃, the BMS will signal the liquid cooling system to stop cooling. Intelligent thermal management strategy can be highly efficient and low-energy to avoid overheating of the battery.
3.192S1P is a standard battery pack developed by us. The pack is installed in the battery rack, and the battery system is formed in series. Battery systems can be flexibly composed of different quantities and sizes through series and parallel connections. It can cover 56.5-850kWh energy demand.
